We provide our clients fast and reliable shipping all across Australia.
Fire Equipment Online offer free shipping over $300 to Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney & Canberra . For purchases under $300 a flat rate of $15+GST will apply for these cities.
In addition to that we offer free shipping over $500 to QLD, VIC, NSW & ACT. As well as free shipping over $1000 to TAS, WA, SA & NT!
All other regional area shipping prices will be calculated upon checkout after entering your postcode.
Please make sure there is someone available to receive the parcel at your allocated shipping address, or re-delivery charges may occur.
Note – We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and our delivery drivers cannot take your old fire equipment.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been used or tampered with.
Fire Equipment Online will accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product, with return costs covered by the buyer.
If the product is faulty we will cover all return shipping costs & supply you with a new product. We may require you to send the product to us for examination before determining the claim.
Warranty:
Fire Equipment Online offers the following warranty on our products:
- Five years on all fire extinguishers
- Three years on all exit & emergency lights
